About the role
The role bridges customer-facing support and engineering to maintain service SLAs and improve support efficiency. It involves incident management, root cause analysis, change management, system delivery, and automation to reduce operational toil.
What you’ll do
• Lead response to P1/P2 incidents and troubleshoot. • Own tickets end-to-end with clear updates. • Perform root cause analysis and prepare RCAs. • Implement changes and update runbooks. • Build automation and maintain knowledge base.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in technical support, SRE, DevOps or sysadmin. • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud and on-prem infrastructure. • Knowledge of incident and change management frameworks. • Strong troubleshooting across systems, apps and networks. • Proficient in scripting, databases and monitoring tools.
