About the role
Support customers with technical issues related to networking infrastructure and security tools. Grow your career in support engineering with hands-on experience and continuous learning.
What you’ll do
• Provide hardware and firmware deployment support. • Participate in Knowledge Centered Services (KCS). • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed. • Assist with network infrastructure and third-party integrations. • Communicate professionally with customers via multiple channels.
What you’ll bring
• Two years B2B Technical Support experience. • In-depth knowledge of OSI model and network routing. • Understanding of protocols like DHCP, TCP, DNS, TLS. • Ability to troubleshoot complex architectural incidents. • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
