About the role
Manage procurement, supplier relations, and stock for humanitarian operations in Nguru, Yobe. Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and maintain high technical standards.
What you’ll do
• Prepare procurement documents and monitor delivery. • Process procurement according to ACF procedures. • Manage supplier data and update price lists. • Follow up on supplier payments and validate invoices. • Carry out monthly inventory and maintain stock records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Higher National Diploma in related field. • Familiarity with LINK procurement tool. • At least 2 years relevant supply chain experience. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
