What you’ll do
• Build portfolio of partner businesses across key environments. • Grow contributor base and open new geographies. • Own geo rate card for pricing and staffing. • Forecast capacity for delivery volumes. • Manage contributor onboarding, payments, and retention.

• Early-stage marketplace operating experience required. • AI-native with automation-first mindset. • Experience operating, not just advising. • Ability to close business through conversation. • Strong numeracy and modeling skills.
