About the role
Manage Shawmut's Subcontractor Default Insurance program and oversee subcontractor prequalification and risk management. Support regions and risk directors in assessing financial solvency and managing project risk.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day SDI program operations. • Review subcontractor financial statements. • Communicate with broker and insurance carrier. • Educate operations teams on SDI program. • Implement and manage SDI claims process.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10 years experience in financial analysis or construction risk. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Ability to analyze financial statements. • Knowledge of legal trends and risk. • Strong relationship-building skills.
