About the role
Architect, deploy, and operate large-scale Apache Kafka environments for mission-critical workloads. Own Kafka platform end-to-end including sizing, security, automation, and developer enablement.
What you’ll do
• Architect and operate Apache Kafka and Confluent platform. • Manage cluster sizing, configuration, and security. • Automate and monitor Kafka platform. • Enable developers with platform tools and support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years operating Apache Kafka in production. • Deep knowledge of Kafka internals and security. • Experience with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, Streams or ksqlDB. • Strong scripting and infrastructure-as-code skills.
