About the role
Support General & Administrative sourcing across multiple departments including Workplace Services and Legal. Manage sourcing lifecycle from intake to supplier management in a remote US role.
What you’ll do
• Support sourcing projects for assigned G&A categories. • Prepare spend, bid, supplier and market analyses. • Support contracting and negotiation activities. • Administer supplier contracts and resolve issues. • Partner with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing or related field. • Experience with RFx processes and contract administration. • Strong analytical skills for spend and market data. • Organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Experience using AI tools for research and documentation.
