About the role
Provide strategic insights and problem-solving support to management. Track and drive key company initiatives and support executive decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements. • Track progress against goals and report to management. • Participate in recruiting key positions. • Prepare board meeting materials and reports. • Assist leadership with strategic plan execution.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. • PMP, Six Sigma or CFA certifications a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. • Strong finance and business development background. • 3+ years in strategic or management consulting preferred.
