About the role
Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for propulsion, avionics, and structural assemblies. Focus on design for manufacturing, automation, and yield improvement.
What you’ll do
• Develop and test manufacturing processes and tools. • Design precision tooling to reduce errors and cycle time. • Automate processes for high-rate manufacturing. • Collaborate with design teams for manufacturing improvements. • Manage transition from development to production.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering. • 1+ years manufacturing and process design experience. • Physical ability to work in tight, extreme environments. • U.S. citizenship or eligibility per ITAR regulations. • Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
