About the role
Serve as the technical authority for a product group, guiding customers through complex technical decisions and driving product success. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to enhance solutions and customer adoption.
What you’ll do
• Act as technical authority on prioritized opportunities. • Lead technical deep dives and executive briefings. • Design and improve standardized Proof of Value templates. • Equip account teams with demos and talk tracks. • Build reusable assets and mentor Account SAs.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture. • Expertise in application security, cloud platforms, CI/CD, or AI development. • Proven success in technical decisions on large enterprise opportunities. • Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud providers. • Strong communication and ability to lead technical and executive sessions.
