About the role
Lead design and delivery of scalable, event-driven document management systems using OCR and cloud technologies. Drive innovation and mentor engineers to build resilient, production-grade applications.
What you’ll do
• Set technical direction for OCR content extraction systems. • Lead architectural decisions using Tesseract and Apryse OCR. • Design event-driven architectures with AWS and Kafka. • Build scalable APIs and integrate AI-driven services. • Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 8+ years software engineering on cloud platforms. • 5+ years technical leadership with OCR technologies. • Expert in C#/.NET, AWS, Kafka, and observability tools. • Proven track record building scalable production applications.
