About the role
Lead backend and full-stack engineering for subscription and membership platforms to drive patient retention and engagement. Influence key growth metrics and shape customer activation across the platform.
What you’ll do
• Lead design and architecture of scalable backend solutions. • Own subscription and membership system architecture. • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams. • Mentor on best practices and coding standards. • Drive technical decisions for security and performance.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • 2+ years in senior technical leadership role. • Experience with backend technologies Spring, Java, Kotlin, PostgreSQL. • Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS. • Familiarity with workflows, monitoring, CI/CD tools.
