About the role
Build and lead development of care agent tools for Toast's support platform. Improve system reliability and agent experience for restaurant support.
What you’ll do
• Drive end-to-end development of care agent tooling. • Lead design of software connecting contact center with backend systems. • Own reliability and performance of agent tools. • Partner with product and care teams on roadmap. • Make technical decisions balancing constraints and delivery speed.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • Experience with AWS-native integrations and event-driven architectures. • Proven technical leadership and system design skills. • Experience integrating third-party platforms and vendor systems. • Strong focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.
