About the role
Join Fieldguide's Financial Audit team to build innovative AI-native financial audit software. Own major workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to rethink audit workflows from the ground up.
What you’ll do
• Set technical direction for agentic financial audit experiences. • Own complex engineering problems and drive to resolution. • Design and build agent-driven workflows with AI autonomy. • Partner with product and design on roadmap and strategy. • Mentor engineers and contribute to interview process.
What you’ll bring
• Seasoned full-stack engineer with complex project experience. • Experience setting technical direction at team or org level. • Comfortable with ambiguous requirements and unclear answers. • Strong technical collaborator influencing product decisions. • Experienced using AI coding tools as core workflow.
