About the role
Design and build the foundational platform powering Fieldguide's products and AI agents. Lead technical standards and reduce complexity across teams to enable fast, reliable delivery for enterprise customers.
What you’ll do
• Lead design of core platform services and APIs. • Build reusable platform capabilities for product and AI engineers. • Define architecture for SaaS and enterprise environments. • Drive cross-team initiatives to improve velocity and reliability. • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering experience. • Strong product instincts and platform shipping track record. • Deep experience designing APIs and shared systems. • Fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, distributed systems. • Technical leadership across multiple teams.
