About the role
Lead advertising development on TeamSnap's next-generation Android app. Design scalable, privacy-conscious ad platforms and native ad experiences for families.
What you’ll do
• Architect and evolve Android ad platform. • Deliver display, native and video ad experiences. • Build privacy and consent into ad stack. • Ensure app loads fast and renders smoothly. • Lead cross-team technical initiatives and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Extensive Kotlin Android app experience. • Deep experience with Google Ad Manager on Android. • Experience with ad verification and measurement. • Strong skills in Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Hilt. • Track record designing systems from scratch.
