• Staff or Principal-level engineer experience. • Strong background in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript/JavaScript. • Experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor. • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows. • Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback.
