About the role
Lead security initiatives across Phantom’s products including mobile, web, and backend systems. Build scalable security capabilities and set technical direction at the Staff level.
What you’ll do
• Partner with engineering to address security risks. • Lead security reviews and threat modeling. • Embed security in software development lifecycle. • Perform AI-assisted code reviews and testing. • Develop security tooling and automation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in product or application security. • Strong web, mobile, API security knowledge. • Experience with AI-assisted security tooling. • Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python or Go. • Experience securing software supply chains and CI/CD.
