About the role
Lead technical direction and operational improvements for Nscale's front-end AI infrastructure networks. Drive architecture decisions and solve complex networking challenges in high-performance Ethernet networks.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical direction for front-end AI infrastructure networks. • Design and evolve large-scale Ethernet leaf-spine architectures. • Serve as senior escalation point for complex network incidents. • Drive cross-team initiatives to improve network reliability and performance. • Define engineering standards for hardware and routing configurations.
What you’ll bring
• 10–12+ years in network engineering for hyperscale or AI infrastructure. • Hands-on experience with large-scale Ethernet data center fabrics. • Expertise with Nvidia Cumulus, Arista EOS, and Nokia platforms. • Strong understanding of data center routing and control planes. • Experience with long-haul circuits, DCI, and optical transport.
