About the role
Lead data-driven sustainment decisions to optimize maintenance, repair, spares, manpower, and sustainment strategy for fleet readiness and cost.
What you’ll do
• Own sustainment decision analysis for aircraft systems. • Build integrated fleet-readiness and availability models. • Develop repair-versus-replace and repair-network business cases. • Analyze maintenance and logistics data to identify sustainment opportunities. • Perform manpower and capacity analyses to improve maintenance effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field. • 5+ years in industrial engineering or sustainment. • Experience with maintenance and supply-chain data analysis. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
