About the role
Support the Legal Affairs team with transactional needs and provide legal advice on contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and advise business teams on legal issues.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. • Advise business teams on contract interpretation. • Escalate matters to senior legal members when needed. • Streamline contract processes and maintain records. • Collaborate to maintain contract templates and policies.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school. • License to practice law or ability to become licensed. • 2-3 years transactional law experience. • Experience in music and entertainment law preferred. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
