About the role
Lead design and deployment of ML models for cash flow underwriting and credit decisions. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle and set technical direction for Lending ML.
What you’ll do
• Lead design, training, deployment of ML underwriting models. • Own model lifecycle from framing to production and monitoring. • Design feature pipelines and real-time inference systems. • Partner with teams to translate business problems into ML solutions. • Set technical roadmap and mentor team on model development.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading deep learning model design and deployment. • Strong ML fundamentals and evaluation design. • Hands-on with end-to-end ML lifecycle. • Proficient in Python, SQL, PyTorch, Spark. • Knowledge of AWS, SageMaker, Airflow, Kafka, Redis, Snowflake.
