About the role
The Staff Accountant will manage accounting tasks for multiple companies including ledger review, transaction reconciliation, and payroll assistance. The role supports monthly and quarterly financial closeouts in a multi-company environment.
What you’ll do
• Review general ledger accounts for monthly and quarterly closeouts. • Code and reconcile bank and credit card transactions. • Manage internal credit card expense tracking application. • Reconcile intercompany transactions. • Assist with Certified Payroll processing.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years general accounting experience. • Experience in a multi-company environment preferred. • Accounting degree from accredited college. • Windows-based device with 16GB RAM required. • Stable internet and dedicated work setup required.
Life at HireLATAM
Salary paid monthly via bank transfer or Thera. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Eastern Time.
