About the role
The Staff Accountant will execute day-to-day finance tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and AP/AR support. This role supports building a formal finance function and works closely with the CFO and controller consultant.
What you’ll do
• Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations in Workday. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts quarterly on an accrual basis. • Support transition to accrual-basis accounting. • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks. • Support payroll-related reconciliations and monthly close checklist.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. • 3–5 years general ledger and staff accounting experience. • Solid knowledge of GAAP and double-entry accounting. • Comfortable with Excel for reconciliation and analysis. • Workday Financials experience is a strong plus.
