About the role
Lead the definition and continuous improvement of a Systems Engineering framework for certified aircraft development. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and support engineering teams in process integration.
What you’ll do
• Lead Systems Engineering framework compliant with ARP4754A. • Define standards and quality criteria for development artifacts. • Coach engineering teams on process understanding and integration. • Partner with teams to integrate compliant processes and provide training. • Collaborate to configure toolchain for process compliance and traceability.
What you’ll bring
• BS, MS, or PhD in Systems or Aerospace Engineering. • 5+ years aerospace systems development experience. • Experience with requirements development and architecture definition. • Hands-on with civil aviation certification processes. • Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 23/27 and Type Certification.
