About the role
Support enhancements and new capabilities for a critical business application in Claims portfolio. Collaborate with business and IT teams to manage system requirements and testing.
What you’ll do
• Support enhancements and new capabilities for Claims application. • Build backlog of system requirements for developers. • Review requirements, design, code, and plan testing. • Work closely with business analysts, QA, and IT teams. • Support app operations and incident resolution.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree or equivalent IT experience. • Knowledge of application configuration and Claims processing. • Experience with Big Data Analytics and Cloud technologies. • Familiarity with integration and mobile technologies. • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
