About the role
Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy to hire and retain top talent. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and improve hiring processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage 15–25 open requisitions from intake to offer. • Write and post job descriptions on multiple platforms. • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews. • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Proven sourcing skills including Boolean search. • Experience with Rippling ATS. • Bilingual Spanish ability required.
