About the role
Lead teams on complex stormwater infrastructure projects including design, construction, and rehabilitation. Manage consultants, contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
What you’ll do
• Lead teams on stormwater capital infrastructure projects. • Evaluate issues and develop project scope, schedule, budget. • Manage consultants and review plans and specifications. • Conduct public meetings and oversee contracts and invoices. • Collaborate with city officials and external agencies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. • 3 years civil engineering experience, 2 in design/construction. • Professional Engineer registration in Texas. • Valid driver's license. • Preferred: 7 years experience, PMP certification.
