About the role
Responsible for design intent assembly requirements of E-Motor and Inverter assemblies and associated test specifications. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues in collaboration with core engineering.
What you’ll do
• Work with manufacturing teams to resolve product issues. • Solve complex product issues using standard techniques. • Lead product change management for production issues. • Ensure design intent assembly requirements on the line. • Conduct product level risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years automotive experience with BS or 6+ years with MS. • Experience in product problem solving techniques. • Prior resident product engineering plant experience. • Technical depth in electric motor gearbox assemblies. • Proficiency in Catia, SQL, JMP, and Six Sigma certification.
