About the role
Lead and build a regional team of product Subject Matter Experts to win complex opportunities. Partner with sales leadership and engage in critical deals as a player-coach.
What you’ll do
• Hire, develop and retain regional SME team. • Run regional engagement model with Account SA and Post-Sales leaders. • Partner on deal strategy and forecast calls. • Coach SMEs on PoV design and competitive positioning. • Maintain accurate engagement data in Salesforce.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales or consulting teams. • Hands-on depth in at least one product group. • Experience hiring and developing technical specialists. • Partnering with sales on forecasts and deal strategy. • Strong executive presence and communication.
