What you’ll do
• Establish UK data science team and culture. • Operate UK and US teams as one function. • Prioritize and shape team roadmap. • Review technical designs and code. • Ensure delivery of production-ready solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering. • 2+ years managing data scientists or ML engineers. • Experience with early-stage team building. • Strong Python, SQL, and applied ML skills. • Experience with distributed international teams.
