Lead and grow Carrot's Business Intelligence data engineering team. Architect and build scalable, reliable data infrastructure aligned with business priorities.
What you’ll do
• Own technical vision and roadmap for BI data engineering. • Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. • Architect and optimize data warehouse models. • Establish standards for reliability and performance. • Lead and mentor data engineering team.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10+ years data engineering experience. • 3-5+ years managing engineers. • 5+ years advanced SQL and Python. • Experience with cloud data platforms and orchestration tools. • Strong data governance and compliance knowledge.
