About the role
Develop next-generation ASICs for space and ground infrastructure. Lead packaging for custom ASICs and RFICs for digital beam formers and modems.
What you’ll do
• Own and drive advanced package selection and BGA configuration. • Responsible for package layout, optimization, verification and tapeout. • Coordinate with cross-functional groups on package selection and design. • Optimize silicon floor plan, bump and package pin out. • Simulate and optimize signal/power integrity and RF performance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in electrical, computer engineering or physics. • 5+ years experience with IC package design. • Experience with Co-packaged Optics (CPO) preferred. • Familiar with Cadence APD+/SIP or similar tools. • Strong problem solving and engineering fundamentals.
