About the role
Serve as dedicated People partner for People, Finance and Creative departments. Work with leaders to align teams and drive business goals.
What you’ll do
• Advise managers on performance and career development. • Lead semi-annual performance review process. • Assist in team structure and headcount planning. • Resolve complex employee relations issues. • Partner with HRBPs and Recruiting for talent experience.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years progressive HR experience. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of HR principles and employment law. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
