About the role
Lead utility-scale power projects at Starbase including transmission lines, substations, and generation facilities. Ensure designs are constructible, compliant, and meet site timelines.
What you’ll do
• Review transmission and generation design packages. • Direct large EPC efforts from concept to commissioning. • Develop standardized design criteria and templates. • Provide readiness calls on design maturity and schedule risk. • Interface with utilities and authorities on interconnection and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or engineering discipline. • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • 8+ years in electric utility engineering with leadership. • Experience with large EPC builds of transmission and generation. • Manager-level experience in engineering or EPC firms.
