About the role
Lead strategic forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis for a complex global company. Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
• Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting. • Develop and maintain financial models for company performance analysis. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Lead financial analysis and provide recommendations to CFO and executives. • Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years progressive FP&A and finance leadership experience. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field. • Experience with ERP and FP&A planning tools. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
