About the role
Design and own lakehouse architecture on Databricks. Lead platform migrations and define data governance.
What you’ll do
• Design end-to-end lakehouse architecture using Medallion patterns. • Build scalable batch and streaming pipelines in PySpark and Spark SQL. • Lead platform migrations with cost and runtime improvements. • Define data governance including access control and compliance. • Model data for analytics and operations.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in data engineering, 5+ with Databricks and Spark. • Strong Python, PySpark, Scala and advanced SQL skills. • Experience designing data lakes, warehouses, and migrations. • Production experience on AWS, Azure or GCP. • Hands-on data governance with Unity Catalog and auditing.
