About the role
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize value from Skillsoft’s workforce transformation solutions. Serve as a strategic advisor to accelerate adoption, deliver outcomes, and drive growth.
What you’ll do
• Act as strategic advisor to learning, talent, HR, and business leaders. • Create and maintain customer success plans with clear goals. • Guide customers through implementation and adoption of learning programs. • Analyze data to identify trends and demonstrate value. • Drive retention, expansion, and account health across portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in Customer Success or related fields. • Experience managing 30+ enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of digital learning and skills development. • Ability to interpret engagement and business outcome data. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
