About the role
Manage a book of 80–100 accounts worth $4M recurring revenue. Build strong customer relationships and ensure retention and renewal success.
What you’ll do
• Own 80–100 accounts end-to-end from onboarding to renewal. • Build multi-level relationships including executives. • Identify and escalate risk early. • Lead executive business reviews and check-ins. • Partner with expansion team on growth opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years Customer Success experience in SaaS. • Managed 50+ accounts with consistent cadence. • Strong retention and renewal track record. • Skilled in strategic advising and cross-functional collaboration. • Comfortable with AI tools and complex software.
