About the role
Handle moderate to complex casualty claims independently including Construction Defect, General Liability, Commercial Transportation, and Auto Bodily Injury claims. Serve as a trusted technical resource within the claims organization.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve complex casualty claims. • Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and claim exposure. • Negotiate settlements and manage litigated files. • Prepare reservation of rights and denial letters. • Collaborate with insureds, attorneys, and vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Experience handling complex casualty claims. • Prior commercial trucking claims preferred. • Strong coverage analysis and investigative skills. • Ability to manage multiple complex claims. • Excellent verbal and written communication.
