About the role
The Senior Business System Analyst captures business requirements for health plan core admin functions and implements HealthEdge's core-admin ecosystem. They collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to define business rules and processes for implementation.
What you’ll do
• Lead business requirement conversations with customers and teams. • Manage end-to-end requirements with stakeholders. • Develop business and functional requirements for Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment. • Create solutions using HealthEdge’s core-admin ecosystem. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to meet project objectives.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance domain and payer systems. • Experience with EDI healthcare transactions mapping. • Familiarity with Agile tools and scrum methodologies. • Strong communication and requirement elicitation skills. • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years business analysis experience.
