About the role
Support the accounting team by maintaining financial records and managing accounting operations for vendors and suppliers. Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations to ensure smooth accounting operations.
What you’ll do
• Manage supplier bills and ensure timely payments. • Complete bank reconciliations for foreign accounts. • Perform complex payment processor fee reconciliations. • Review and enter vendor bills. • Prepare journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. • 2+ years experience in similar role. • Advanced skills in G Suite and Microsoft Excel. • Fluent Polish and advanced English. • Understanding of Polish GAAP and accounting principles.
