About the role
Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts driving renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation. Build strong multi-threaded relationships and act as a key commercial voice for your accounts.
What you’ll do
• Own commercial strategy for mid-market and enterprise accounts. • Drive growth by helping customers adopt Customer.io strategically. • Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately. • Build multi-threaded relationships across organizations. • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in Sr. Account Management or related SaaS role. • Experience managing $5m ARR in mid-market space. • Proven ability to grow customer spend through value articulation. • Clear forecasting methodology ownership. • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Based in the UK or Ireland.
