About the role
Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cost efficiency in meal preparation and service.
What you’ll do
• Supervise kitchen operations independently when required. • Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation. • Assist with menu planning and recipe development. • Monitor ingredient usage and stock levels. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Sous Chef or similar kitchen leadership role. • Ability to supervise kitchen operations independently. • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. • Good organisational and leadership skills. • Ability to manage food costs and reduce waste.
