About the role
Provide technical and integration support for clinical applications in long-term care settings. Advocate for customers by managing and resolving high priority cases.
What you’ll do
• Provide empathetic, high-quality client support. • Develop expertise in cloud-based clinical software. • Troubleshoot technical issues via log analysis. • Collaborate cross-functionally for issue resolution. • Document interactions and resolutions accurately.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years SaaS or technical support experience. • Understanding of clinical or business workflows preferred. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with web-based SaaS troubleshooting. • Familiarity with CRM/help desk platforms.
