About the role
Develop and maintain the software stack for SpaceX's AI supercomputer network and Starlink laser mesh satellites. Collaborate on hardware-software integration and improve system reliability and performance.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain Linux-based OS for supercomputer network fabric. • Write high-performance device drivers for network and compute hardware. • Manage deployment, operation, and debugging in production. • Resolve anomalies to improve system reliability. • Collaborate on next-gen supercomputer hardware design and software bring-up.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years software development experience. • Hands-on system programming in C or C++. • Knowledge of Linux kernel and networking stack preferred. • Experience with debugging tools like ftrace, perf, Wireshark. • Experience bringing up new hardware and developing device drivers.
