About the role
Join the Memory & Search team to build and improve how Claude remembers and finds information across products. Develop user-facing and backend systems for memory and search experiences.
What you’ll do
• Design and ship memory and search experiences end to end. • Run product experiments and iterate based on user feedback. • Shape memory use inside Claude's agentic loop. • Define and track metrics for memory usefulness. • Partner with teams to respect privacy and enterprise requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building user-facing products and backend services. • Experience with agentic or LLM-powered systems. • Strong Python and TypeScript skills. • Track record of launching and iterating products. • Strong product judgment and communication skills.
