About the role
Develop and maintain the Linux-based OS for Starlink's supercomputer network fabric and satellite mesh. Collaborate on hardware-software integration and improve system reliability.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain Linux OS for supercomputer network fabric. • Write high-performance device drivers for network and compute hardware. • Manage deployment, operation, and debugging in production. • Resolve anomalies to improve system reliability. • Collaborate with hardware teams on next-gen supercomputer hardware.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years professional software development. • Hands-on system programming in C or C++. • Deep knowledge of Linux kernel and networking stack. • Experience with debugging tools like ftrace, perf, Wireshark. • Experience bringing up new hardware and developing device drivers.
