About the role
Work closely with Customer Experience team to develop AI-driven solutions and integrations. Build Knowledge Graphs and enhance workflows using AI and analytics.
What you’ll do
• Work directly with customers 30% of the time. • Develop AI agents, integrations, and automations. • Integrate DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms. • Optimize AI performance with prompt engineering. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and guide adoption.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years software development or platform engineering. • Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python. • Familiar with large language models and prompt engineering. • Experience with API integration and event-driven architectures. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
