About the role
Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers. Own the full agent development life cycle from pilot to deployment and iteration.

• Build and ship scalable AI agents in production environments. • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle with full ownership. • Partner with large enterprises and startups to solve business challenges. • Prototype new tools and features for Sierra's AI platform. • Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
